Sometimes you have the pleasure of crossing paths with people who understand your expectations. We feel lucky to have chosen a dream house built by Stafford Development.
Stafford Development listened to our needs during the construction process and made several modifications that we required. They listened to our ideas and worked with their engineers to make a walk-out from the basement possible. This was a high priority for us and Stafford Development made it happen. Stafford Development recognized several problems and especially the water runoff next to the house. They developed an economic solution that will ensure that we have a structurally sound house without water damage.

The Stafford Development team selected quality materials and custom items that make our house very special. The woodworking detail is the finest we have ever seen in new construction. Our kitchen is the premier room in the house featuring custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, and top of the line appliances. The crystal door knobs and enhancements really show how much Stafford Development believes in quality that shows as well as quality beneath.

As for your office staff, they have been very attentive to our needs during the warranty period. They go out of their way to listen and coordinate with the contractors the necessary corrections. The staff is very communicative and they understand the importance of Customer Service. We have come to know Stafford Development as the “detail oriented” builders.

Our paths have crossed and we have enjoyed the journey. We love our Stafford home and it’s a bonus to have met wonderful people like them in the process.
