We were introduced to Stafford Development and Mr. Rick Zanow when we toured one of his model homes in Salem, WI.  From that experience, we were very impressed with the quality of construction and the willingness of Rick to work with us on modifying the house to meet our needs.  (Tom is handicapped by a full left leg amputation).

Rick, along with his architect Phil made the home planning process very easy and enjoyable.  One of the many things that attracted us to Stafford Development was the high standards they have for the base construction.  There is little or no need for upgrades throughout the house.  The standard plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, windows, doors and millwork are of such high quality that we were only too pleased to use them as Rick had chosen.

From setting the home on our lot through shingling the roof, we were kept informed every step of the way.  All of the suppliers and sub-contractors chosen by Stafford were and have been wonderful.  Stafford employees and subs have all responded to our every request.  Tom has built several times during his career (all have been good experiences), and would have to put Stafford and Mr. Rick Zanow right at the top of the list.

The finished product is and has been all that we had hoped for and more.  The home is what we believe to be a great value for the monies spent.  Our house is very comfortable and very user friendly.  It was a great floor plan to start with and with a few modifications, we are more than satisfied and would highly recommend anyone to work with Rick & Stafford Development.  We have recommended them to several of our friends and would be happy to show our home to anyone as an example of Stafford Development’s work.
